Team Leaders (3 persons) – Salary 1000$ - 2500$

Job Description
- Plan for projects under the management
- Manage team:
+ Development guide for developer
+ Review and Optimizing coding
+ Traning junior developer.
- Lead and provide guidance to the technical team
- Report the implementing progress of the projects to the BOD
- With clients:
+ Meeting with clients to understand their requirements about budget, timeline, business;
+ Advise clients on solution;
- BS in Computer Science/IT is a must; MS is a plus;
- At least 3 years of experiences in software projects; at least 1 year at the same position;
- Experiences in projects of enterprise/business administration is an advantage
- Broad based technical background is important;
- Experiences in applying Application Frameworks, Design Patterns and Coding Best Practices; microsoft.net Framework (C#, asp.net, MVC, WCF, Silverlight …);
- Experiences MS SQL Server (T-SQL, Jobs, Backup/Restore, High Avaibility); Design Patterns, Coding Best Practices;
- Strong communication and presentation skills; being able to take a holistic view of the overall solution and produce high-level design plans, in relation to the commercial impact on the business; Strong analytical and problem solving abilities;
- Well working under pressure and having a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
- Being able to teamwork and capable to delegate missions or projects’ tasks;
