APPLICATION CHECKING TEAM LEADER

Mô Tả Công Việc :

A- Daily task:
1. Daily review and management of a team application checking
2. Make decision and handling mismatch between application checker/ caller & sale team leader or Channel Manager.
3. Ongoing training of staff/ update new policy of credit application documents
4. Identify and improving process system
5. Prepare daily report submit application checker after calling/ daily actual submission tracker

B- Monthly task:
1. Prepare some related weekly/ monthly report as higher level required
2. Review deeply declined reason and escalate to higher level with new ideas to decrease this rate
3. Review and send out weekly report which including case can be resubmitted to remind team leader
4. Preparation and build up training material related to application checking skill (tip to check apps, how to handle declined case, how to handle deferred case…)for application checking team member & sale team leaders
5. Assisting the Team Manager with ad hoc tasks as requirement.
Other multiple tasks will be discussed in the interview session
