Sales Engineer – Automation and Machinery

Job Description:

·       Searching for new clients and persuading them that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.

·       Providing pre-sales technical assistance and working on after-sales support services; and support resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer and issue driver .

·       Establishing long-term relationships with existing clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.

·       Identifying sales opportunities, creating solution and fact-based value proposal, negotiating and closing deals.

·       Meeting regular sales targets and preparing reports for manager  weekly.

·       Supporting marketing activities and providing support technical product for other members of the sales.

Job requirements:

·       Graduated from university in mechanical or electrical engineering or mechatronics is preferable.

·       Had at least 2 years working on customer management role in relevant industry.

·       Combined technical knowledge of the products or services you are selling with strong interpersonal skills.

·       Able to work under high pressure.

·       Able to be self-motivated and independent to achieve set target.

·       Good listener and team working capability.

·       Willing to travel to other provinces for business.
