Chức Danh: Housekeeping Manager/ Cleaning Manager Ngành nghề: Khách sạn/ Du lịch Nơi làm việc: Đà Nẵng Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian cố định Cấp bậc: Điều hành Lương: Cạnh tranh Tuổi: Dưới 45 Giới tính: Nam/Nữ Mô tả chi tiết công việc: - Daily manage, arrange shift and cleaning personnel in a fair and impartial manner. - Take care of staffs’ welfare, understand them and organize team building to improve on cleaning team cohesiveness. - Monitor cleaning supervisors’ work quality and efficiency, find/solve problems and report to the management if the problem can not be solved. - Yearly/ monthly performance evaluation for cleaning supervisors. - Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, which include professional ethics and practices, service consciousness. - Inspect guest, public areas and other specified back of the house areas; monitor the staff uniforms, appearances, manners and hygiene. Promptly correct any issue to ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous services. - Establish and follow up standard operating procedures, which in compliance with the company and clients. - Examine and maintain the facilities and equipments regularly and report in time for the damaged equipments and facilities. - Control and analyze departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget. - Coordinate with Business Development Teams on the matter of scope of work for cleaning team and costing proposals to be submitted to the management. - Keep high class communication with clients, understand the clients’ requirements and report to the management in time. Never promise the clients without prior company permission. - Other tasks assigned by the management.
